On the matter of pay, the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities has estimated that there is a £15 million funding gap in relation to meeting the cost of delivering the real living wage to adult social care workers. That will mean cuts to the service. Will the cabinet secretary clarify whether that is a result of the wrong baseline being used? If so, will that error be corrected?
